G'day mate, sorry I missed this, should've tagged me.

Did you get yours from F-droid which is the Premium version?

I think these commands only relate to their download (which is Premium) and do you have a pixel with the double press to quickly activate the camera?

I also know how to activate weather forecast updates (although I'm pretty sure the Premium version does it 'live' while you are using it-if you have data enabled-but you can change it to wi-fi only)-which seem accurate; wind especially? Do you need/want this?

OK Sunny;

1- open OSM--open menu

2- go to, settings--browse map--general settings--screen control

3-enable 'use screen timeout' --enable 'Power button'--

4- Open a map

To Test

1- Turn off phone/single press --

2- press once and OSM map will pop back up without entering code/pin. BINGO!

For camera app-- double press as usual, any time, even when you have OSM open.

After taking a picture-swipe back to the OSM app --ALWAYS swipe back to the OSM app.

As long as the OSM app is last thing visible when you press once to shut phone, the OSM app will always pop back up with ONE press.
