A simple problem solving task is great. You have to think just hard enough to do it-so it helps to remove all other thoughts/ interference.
Counting backwards by threes from 200 works works very well.
Subtracting 'Three' require the right amount of brain power- but not so much you can't drop off to sleep along the way.
For me this works far better than conscious breathing.

I would avoid new Singer models however, old ones can be fabulous.
Janome have always been under one ownership- and older 'Homemaker' ones if you see them, are superb.

Fühlt sich etwas dünner als die Raincut. Das Beschichtung (innen) ist vollständig getapt. Es gibt leider keine Unterarm-Reissverschlüsse. Die Bündchen an Arm und Bein sind elastisch. Die Kapuze ist geräumig, lässt sich aber gut bändigen. Die Größen passen. Wer die Hose gerne weiter über den Schuh hat, wählt vielleicht besser eine Größe höher.
Bezahlt habe ich bei aliexpress um die 37 Euro (Versand inkl).

Looking at the finish in close-up around the hood and chest it seems very well done for that price...even if it cost more. Seems a bargain light suit (hoodie especially) for temps above freezing to about 11 degrees if the sea-ms and zip are watertight-or even near watertight.

Probably depends on the max weight you want to carry and the volume.
I used the Decathlon one before making my own. It was not too bad.
...Just wondering, sort of around the issue of carrying a second rucksacke...have you considered a simple Musetta type thing in good, light, easily accessible nylon?
Will weig-h probably less than probably 30gms, pack down to nothing and do the trick if you're carrying under about 700-800gms.
Best of all-make it yourself!
Dead (mostly) simple, happy to give you a few hints on the non-zipped version if you like. I carry mine everywhere on walks/runs etc. Had it loaded up with 800gms of limes on the weekend.

WonderBär , wie im letzten Absatz geschrieben, ich hab nichts bemerkt und insbesonders das T-Shirt hat wirklich gelitten, aber das ganze ist anscheinend auch extrem individuell.
Vorteil Polypropylen ist zumindest, dass man es schnell auch mal durchwaschen kann.
Insgesamt bin ich auf Touren kein großer Fan von Merino, mal abgesehen von Socken in Mischgewebe und vielleicht Kleinkram wie Mützen, wenn der Kram einmal nass wird bekommt man ihn unter Umständen kaum noch trocken.

I think with any fabric if you can 'air' it often as possible you can go some way to inhibiting the growth of the bacteria-so the smell. The ultra low weight of the PP would help too.
The Polartec 'Powerdry Silkweight' is a wee bit heavier but, similar in this regard.
Can I ask where you bought them?

Ich glaube es wurde hier noch nicht erwähnt, aber ich finde die LightHeart Gear 20D SilPoly-Regenjacke ziemlich gut. Hatte sie in Island bei ordentlichem Regen und Wind an und sie hat hervorragend dicht gehalten und wirkt auch erstaunlich stabil, auch die großen Reissverschlüsse und so. Wirkt stabiler als eine Montbell Versalite GoreTex Jacke die ich zum Vergleich habe. Gibt es für leider relativ viel Geld (200€) in Deutschland beispielsweise bei walkonthewildside.de zu bestellen.
