Nice little two-tone waterproof, off-track/Trail running Ru ckie with shoulder pockets that I've always wanted.

All from off-cuts/leftovers.

Four different materials. A mix of 200d nylon, 210d nylons and some stretchy underwear polyester for the shoulder pockets.

About 12 lit res and 78 grams.

Would 20mm wide tape would be acceptable for this type of tarp/Mid?

I'm guessing 25mm would be best but there is quite a saving on the 20mm compared to the 25mm.

Can anyone tell me please?

With the final changes to the shoulder stra ps, zips and other refinements it's weight is 238 grams.

In 210d Ripstop /Ultra Stretch mesh /Venom Stretch mesh Max shoulder pockets.

Hello Christian, can you say which tape you used please?

Al so how much of the DCF did you buy for the whole thing-including any extra for tapes reinforcing etc.

Did you buy from RSBTR in 'yards'?

Which DCF did you go with for the plain greyish version?

Sorry for all the questions but, I know you'll be off on the PCT before long so I'm trying to get in while you might still have some time.

I also understand if you are too pressed for time.

Laut der Beschreibung zumindest schon mal dehnungsärmer als das hier.

Finished this morning. A sibling to join the family!

A tough 200d woven nylon and same Challenge stretch mesh.

Same size as above and 199 grams.

I don't, but use a piece of CCF 10mm cut down. 38 X 23. 26gms

It slides into my outside pocket so no need to open up if I want a wee rest. I like my legs at the same height as my bum when tired.

Nicely cut so both bum cheeks fit on.

Ich habe obigen Entwurf Mal aus dem 30d Silnylon von Adventureexpert realisiert. Vom ersten Eindruck würde ich sagen dass das Zelt kein Wintershelter für Leute über 185 cm ist. Beim nächsten Prototypen würde ich wahrscheinlich die Hinterkante 300 cm lang machen. Es hat aber Rundumschutz in einem knuffigen, kleinen und leichten Paket.

Das Silnylon von Adventureexpert hat übrigens keine sehr starke Beschichtung, dafür ist es aber recht leicht.
