nivi Christian Wagner Walkin' und alle Upcycling-Freunde. Ich fühle mich inspiriert meine Restekiste zu leeren und einen Tages-Rucksack zu nähen. Habt ihr Erfahrungswerte, ab wann ein Stoff zu dünn ist? Ich habe einige Stoffreste um die 30-40g/qm, die ich für Windjacken oder Apexkleidung verwendet habe. Meint ihr das geht, wenn ich die Nähte gut einfasse? Der Rucksack wird mit maximal 4-5kg belastet werden. Davon bis zu 3 Liter in Form von einer Wasserflasche rechts und link in den Seitentaschen.

It sort of depends on the fabric and your ability to make a seam/s?
You have Nylon or Silpoly in the 15D or 20D gauge? Is that right?
Making sure the shoulder str aps don't rip off the body would be quite a challenge. Make samples and start trying to rip them.
Whatever you do, I'm really looking forward to see what you come up with.

What the Hack ist ein UPF Rating?
'UPF' rating is for clothes/fabrics.
'SPF' rating is for topical lotions.
For what it's worth, some vendors/companies guess and claim a 'UPF' rating. In many countries this is illegal.
The garment, if a UPF is claimed, must have a prominent, (The most common and respected is official Australian and New Zealand) accreditation test rating.
UPF can also vary from fabric colour to fabric colour as well also be negatively affected if wet.
Such as the current version AS/NZS 4399:2020
UV levels of 15-16 fairly regularly in many parts of Australia.

Some more test findings from OSMand that I couldn't find in the directions. I used a nother app that has since been de-commissioned hence my trialling this for some walks soon
--'Altitude adjustment' in Maps is (likely) broken.
I've been using the straight 'GPS altitude' and although I've not gone over 70 metres all is quite accurate so far.
I usually use a stick to stir my chai...
--You must leave 'Allow Background Useage' on for a track to be recorded when phone 'sleeps'.

G'day mate, sorry I missed this, should've tagged me.
Did you get yours from F-droid which is the Premium version?
I think these commands only relate to their download (which is Premium) and do you have a pixel with the double press to quickly activate the camera?
I also know how to activate weather forecast updates (although I'm pretty sure the Premium version does it 'live' while you are using it-if you have data enabled-but you can change it to wi-fi only)-which seem accurate; wind especially? Do you need/want this?

Ich muss immer hin und her schieben zun Standpunkt, das Symbol für zentrieren erscheint nur, wenn der Track nicht angezeigt wird.
hab's gerade fix installiert und selber ausprobiert - geht nicht, was'n das für ne Grütze?? Mein Tipp: lad dir Osmand aus dem F-Droid Store runter, ist kostenlos, legal, und kann 1000x mehr als dieses bekloppte Alltrails wo man für jedes mini extra Feature zahlen soll.

I just downloaded f-droid and the latest version of OSM on the new phone and have been using it quite a bit. Easy as to use.
Out of phone tower range works a treat- light on the battery as well.
In a new positive development I found out how to open the OSM app with one button press and toggle back and forth between the camera for pics, without needing to unlock the Pixel every single time which was a pain in the arse.
And so when I stopped to look at the map... eviva.
