It was eating the salt and sandflies off my runners and dancing all over me while I was having a cuppa.

Once you get a more appropriately sized tent and especially a lighter Ruckie you'll drop about 500+ grams so I would just use what you've got and work out what you don't need in the clothing area and keep discarding stuff as you go.
If you find you need all your clothing you'll need to buy lighter stuff that does the same job.

Scribe around the base of the can to get your circle.
It's not a windscreen but it will stop the can getting too hot under a BRS 3000 with a 3cm flame.

Ich habe diese Jacke zwar (noch) nicht, aber das angebliche Gewicht in Verbindung mit dem matten Finish fiel mir auf...
Für angebliche 50g Gewicht sieht der aber sehr verarbeitet aus. Ich sehe das Innenfutterartiges und 2 Reissverschlüsse? Ich wäre dankbar über Feedback wenn Du den mal in der Hand hast betr Gewicht

There's certainly a wee gap in the market for something along the Torrid line for those that wont entertain EE any more.
Since Nunatak went to down gear only (their Apex jacket was easily the best! ), from a clothes-maker's perspective, The Liteway looks to be the best and better (and lighter) if they reduced the front pockets.

All the strong attachment 'webbing' for the cords is cut from the kite surfing kite.

I might try the bathtub gently massaging/soaking in lightly soapy warm water and keep rinsing and gentle squeezing until the water is clear.
If that makes no difference, give it a go in the washing machine-you've got nothing to lose as Fatrat alluded.
