I wonder how much weight they would cope with used in shoulder stra ps with simple bar-tacks every 10cms or so ?

A tough 200d woven nylon and same Challenge stretch mesh.
Same size as above and 199 grams.
I don't, but use a piece of CCF 10mm cut down. 38 X 23. 26gms
It slides into my outside pocket so no need to open up if I want a wee rest. I like my legs at the same height as my bum when tired.
Nicely cut so both bum cheeks fit on.

Ich habe obigen Entwurf Mal aus dem 30d Silnylon von Adventureexpert realisiert. Vom ersten Eindruck würde ich sagen dass das Zelt kein Wintershelter für Leute über 185 cm ist. Beim nächsten Prototypen würde ich wahrscheinlich die Hinterkante 300 cm lang machen. Es hat aber Rundumschutz in einem knuffigen, kleinen und leichten Paket.
Das Silnylon von Adventureexpert hat übrigens keine sehr starke Beschichtung, dafür ist es aber recht leicht.

Vielleicht sogar nur ne andere Farbe. Der graue ist top. Die Kapuze aber etwas größer. Aber das wäre ja für die meisten nur ne kleine Änderung an der Nähmaschine.
It's made from 'Teddy' fleece-the same stuff you can buy cheaply (very, very cheaply compared to alpha) for making Teddy bears, fluffy toys etc.
Much denser pile than alpha and so quite a bit warmer. Still quite compressible and durable.
Really nice stuff though, if you want that warmth. I like it but, for the weight.

Es "gibt" auch noch einen dritten mit Polyester und Elasthan.
Yes, all still with that very non-alpha dense pile as far as I can see from the pictures. I wouldn't myself buy one of the versions with elastane-will hold too much moisture. The straight poly ones look good for what they are.

Ist ein Nachbau von ihrem geliebten Fährmann-Rucksack, der schon Jahrzehnte auf dem Buckel hat und leer über 2kg wiegt. Nun jedoch mit Rolltop statt Deckeltasche und auch ohne separates Schlafsackfach.
Neues Gewicht incl. CFK-Rahmen in den schwarzen Dyneema Gurtbändern: 420g
Hi Christian, I like the look of that fabulous Berry Rucki you made very much. I'm guessing it's the Ultragrid as I saw your other one in the 'Blackout' colour?
Which carbon fib re rods did you use if I can ask please?
What weight do you think your partner will want as a 'comfortable maximum' in the Rucki?
I also tried to buy some of the Ultragrid in Chilli Red colour to try it ....and was very disappointed when I was sent the wrong thing.

I still like the bargain Robic 210, but was gifted some of this.
